For guests from abroad
A residential health program, all-in from $1,100
For visitors from outside Kazakhstan: a structured stay with transfers, full board, accommodation, and daily doctor-led treatments included. Paying guests help keep sponsored places open for those who can't — so choosing to come is a way of giving, too.
Who this is for
People come from abroad for the same reasons locals do — to reset their health in a place that makes it easy — often combined with seeing a part of the world they've never visited. Central Asia's mountains and lakes are extraordinary and still uncrowded.
It's also a quietly practical choice. A structured stay here, with a physician and daily treatments included, costs a fraction of comparable programs in Western Europe or North America — and the money paying guests spend helps fund places for those who could never afford to come.
What's included
Two program lengths are available. Both are all-inclusive once you reach Almaty: we handle the rest.
Transfers
Round-trip transfer between Almaty and the center — we meet you and bring you back.
Full board
Three vegetarian meals a day, prepared fresh, most of it grown on our own land.
Accommodation
Sanatorium-style rooms, single or double, quiet and comfortable.
Daily treatments
A minimum of 3–4 procedures a day — the doctor chooses them for you, individually.

“I booked it half as a health reset and half as an adventure — Kolsai Lakes were on my list for years. I came home lighter, calmer, and with photographs I still can't quite believe. And the whole trip cost less than a week at a spa back home.”
