The core program
Ten days to remember how to feel well
The Health Center is where it all starts. Doctor-led, food-first, and built around the eight simple things a body needs — done together, every day, until they feel normal again.
What this addresses
Most people who come to us aren't acutely ill — they're slowly unwell. High blood pressure, blood sugar creeping up, weight that won't shift, exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. The medicine cabinet grows and nothing really changes.
The problem is rarely a lack of information. Everyone already knows they should eat better and move more. What's missing is a place where doing it is simply what everyone's doing — for long enough that the body remembers, and the habit sticks after they go home.
What we do here
Guests stay ten or twenty-four days. A physician meets each person on arrival and sets an individual plan: meals, treatments, movement, and rest, adjusted as the days go on.
The framework is NEWSTART — eight plain ingredients of health that the whole day is built around.
Nutrition
Three plant-based meals a day, unhurried, at a shared table. Most of it grown on our own land.
Exercise
A guided walk every morning before the heat, plus movement suited to each body.
Water
Hydrotherapy and simple water treatments — one of the oldest tools we have, and still one of the best.
Sunlight
Time outdoors, on purpose, in a valley that gets three hundred days of it.
Temperance
A clean break from what harms — no alcohol, no tobacco, no screens at the table.
Air
Mountain air, open windows, and breathing you can actually feel.
Rest
Real sleep, real Sabbath, and permission to stop — often the hardest lesson of all.
Trust
A morning gathering for anyone who wants it, and time to think about the things that matter.
What your gift funds here
The program only works because it isn't only for people who can pay. Gifts to the Health Center go to specific, countable things:
Every sponsored place is given quietly. Guests are never told who paid, and donors are never sent a name.
“I'd been on three medications for years. My doctor at home didn't believe the numbers when I got back — she made me test twice. I'm on one pill now, and I walk every morning because I miss it if I don't.”

A sponsored bed is the most direct gift there is here. Tell us you're interested and we'll show you exactly how it works.
